She’s always had a special interest in humanitarian efforts, and Angelina Jolie arrived in Northwestern Pakistan today (September 7) to help flood victims.The “Changeling” chick donned a long black robe with a black headscarf as she met with people displaced by the recent flood, deemed to be the worst natural disaster Pakistan has ever experienced.
Following her conversations with everyone from an elderly couple to a group of mothers who have lost their children, Jolie has a strong resolve to make a difference as a United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees.
She explained, "I am very moved by them and I hope that I am able to, today and tomorrow, be able to do something to help bring attention to the situation for all of the people in need in Pakistan."
