LINDSAY LOHAN OFFERED PORN JOB!
LINDSAY LOHAN IS "OUT AGAIN" FROM CALIFORNIA JAIL...

A Los Angeles judge overturned a ruling to deny Lohan bail after she was ordered into custody at a Lynwood, California, jail.
'An order has been signed by Judge Patricia Schnegg granting writ of habeas corpus,' court spokesman Allan Parachini confirmed to PEOPLE.

'Bail has been set at $300,000.' Within hours the bail had been posted and Lohan walked free, TMZ.com reported.
L.A. Sheriff's spokesman Steve Whitmore said: 'She's been very cooperative – always has been – the first time, and then the last time. Let's hope this is the last time.
Habeas corpus refers to the release of an inmate due to unlawful detention. Judge Schnegg ruled, however, that Lohan must be fitted with a SCRAM alcohol-monitoring device within 24 hours if she posts bail.

Schnegg made the ruling after Lohan's attorney, Shawn Chapman Holley, filed an appeal, arguing that Lohan was unlawfully denied bail for her misdemeanor case.
Holley claims the judge must grant bail in such a case - and asked Judge Patricia Schnegg, Assistant Supervising Judge for the L.A. County Criminal Courts, to overturn Fox's ruling.
Judge Fox did not hear any arguments from the lawyers before making his ruling.

Flanked: Lindsay was surrounded by security and court officials as she made her way into court Friday morning

Familiar walk to court: Lindsay had tweeted earlier this week that she had suffered a setback in her recovery and was ready to face the consequences
His decision stunned Lindsay's team because the underlying offence is a misdemeanor and some experts were reporting that the judge would have to offer Lindsay bail.
After the brief appearance Holley told UsMagazine.com: 'I think case law is clear that she is entitled to bail. That is all.'
Outside the Beverly Hills court, Lohan's estranged father Michael criticised other people for leading the actress astray.

Circus: Lindsay was surrounded by the world's press as she arrived in court. Scores of media outlets swamped the court house to catch a glimpse of the star

Protocol: Lindsay goes through the court's security. Her mother Dina Lohan was at her daughter's side for support
He said: 'She hangs around the wrong people and around the wrong places.'
Lohan was ordered to jail until an Oct. 22 hearing after she admitted failing at least one court-ordered drug test in her three-year DUI case and was handcuffed and taken away.
The actress was brought before the judge after failing two drug tests earlier this month. One was for cocaine and the other was for Adderall - a drug taken for ADHD.

Back to jail: A sketch artist captures the moment Lindsay was led away by a guard to serve her time
Lindsay's reaction was apparently that of shock when she was remanded in custody. She is said to have looked at her lawyer before being taken out of the courtroom.
Her mother Dina was later seen leaving the courthouse with Lindsay's designer Louboutin heels in a plastic bag.
Judge Fox scheduled a formal probation hearing for 30 days from now when Lindsay will have to answer to her failed drug tests.

The parents: Dina Lohan left the Beverly Hills courthouse after seeing Lindsay handcuffed and taken to jail while father Michael was banned from court
He had previously warned Lohan he would put her back behind bars if she tested positive or skipped one of her twice-weekly tests.
The Probation Department will apparently not recommend jail time for the second failed drug test because of an ambiguity in the paperwork.
At a press conference after Lindsay was sent to jail, L.A. Sheriff's spokesman Steve Whitmore said Lindsay had no chance of an early release.
He said: 'Ms. Lohan cannot be released early because this isn't a jail sentence. She's being held by court order until her hearing on October 22.
'She will be held in the same conditions as her last stay, in a keep-away unit'.

Retail therapy: Lindsay was out shopping yesterday at The Grove in LA. She had an odd choice of outfit on pairing tan shoes and black ankle socks
Whitmore added that she will be held in the same conditions as she was two months ago stating: 'She's going to go through the same physical and mental evaluation'.
He added that Lindsay will be segregated from the general population 'for the safety and security of the entire jail system'.
When asked how Lindsay was handling her incarceration Whitmore said that she is 'very cooperative, very demure, very quiet. Once again she's doing everything that is asked of her. Last time she did very well and so far, so good this time'.
Lindsay has once again donned the jail mandated orange jumpsuit and will be in a 8ft by 12ft cell by herself, spending approximately 23 hours a day in isolation.
She will be allowed weekly visits by her loved ones but can her lawyer can visit with her more frequently.
This is Lindsay's 4th bench warrant stemming from her DUI case in December 2007.
Yesterday Lindsay was out shopping at The Grove in Los Angeles - seemingly not worried about her fate.
Just last week when it was revealed she had tested positive for cocaine she tweeted that she had suffered a setback in her recovery and was ready to face the consequences.
She had tested positive just three weeks after being released early from inpatient rehab on August 24.

Bare necessities: This is the jail cell where Lindsay Lohan spent 13 days of her 30 days sentence. The small unadorned room has a basic bed, toilet and sink
She posted: 'Substance abuse is a disease, which unfortunately doesn't go away over night. I am working hard to overcome it and am taking positive steps forward every day'.
Lindsay added: 'I am testing every single day and doing what I must do to prevent any mishaps in the future. This was certainly a setback for me but I am taking responsibility for my actions and I'm prepared to face the consequences'.
Last July when Lindsay violated her probation - despite cries and pleas to the judge she was sentenced to 30 days in jail - but served just 13 days of that sentence.
She was released after just 23 days when the doctors treating her said her issues weren't as bad as first thought.

Lindsay's Linnocent: A fan of Lindsay's had her face and the logo embossed on his chest
They had apparently weaned her off Adderall - a drug Lindsay took for ADHD - which the doctors claimed she had been misdiagnosed with.
Although Lindsay tested positive for the prescription drug - she won't have to serve time for that due to it not being clear if this actually violates her probation.
So Lindsay Lohan remains a free woman today but her troubles are far from over.
Dina had threatened Michael with jail if he turned up at court as he would have been in violation of a criminal protective order that she has against him.
Michael was turned away from the court and not allowed in to see his daughter.
He later held a press conference where he was very angry at his daughter being sent to jail.
He said: 'She hasn't got help for her problems. She needs to be in a rehab facility for a long period of time'.
LINDSAY LOHAN "SCARED" TO BE SENT BACK TO JAIL

On Friday, the troubled starlet must appear in court for a Beverly Hills judge to decide whether she'll be sent back to Lynwood's Century Regional Detention Facility – for a third time.
After receiving word Monday that Lohan flunked a drug test, Beverly Hills Superior Court Judge Elden Fox revoked her probation and issued a no-bail bench warrant, requiring the actress to show up to the court hearing in person or face arrest.

LiLo is back in hot water after testing positive for cocaine at a random drug screening two weeks ago, a source told the Daily News. She also flunked a second random test with amphetamines in her system, according to TMZ.com.
Legal experts have told the News that the 24-year-old is almost certainly going back to jail, however probably won't have to serve the full 30 days she's expected to get slapped with on Friday. Factoring in good behavior and jail overcrowding, Lohan could complete a 30-day sentence in about five days, multiple sources agreed.
She recently spent 14 days in jail and 23 days in rehab after missing court-mandated alcohol counseling classes stemming from her back-to-back DUIs in 2007.
Though the actress is afraid she'll end up behind bars again, a source told People that a third stay at the all-female-inmate facility could be exactly what she needs.
"Her true friends are actually happy this is happening," the source said. "They never knew what it would take for Lindsay to listen. This might be it. But still, the attitude of some of her friends is, 'Oh no, not again.' It never ends with her."
PARIS HILTON CANCELS TRIP TO MALAYSIA

The 29-year-old actress and singer tweeted that she was flying back home after Japanese authorities stopped her from visiting the country due to her drug charge in Las Vegas.
"About to take off. Going home now. So disappointed to miss my fans in Asia. I promise to come back soon. I love you all! Love, Paris," she tweeted before boarding a flight leaving Japan.
She was scheduled to launch her new fragrance called Tease and her Paris Hilton Fall/Winter 2010 handbag collection at Pavilion Kuala Lumpur.
Tokyo was the first stop on Hilton's planned Asia tour, during which she planned to visit Kuala Lumpur and open a new retail store in Jakarta.
An international news report quoted Hilton's publicist Dawn Miller as saying the celebrity socialite planned to make the trips at a later date.
"Paris is very disappointed and fought hard to keep her business commitments and see her fans, but she is forced to postpone her commitments in Asia," Miller said.

PARIS HILTON DETAINED IN TOKYO

The heiress was held by immigration officials at Tokyo airport for six hours today in connection with her recent guilty plea on cocaine possession charges. Apparently, Japan is very strict when it comes to letting people with drug convictions enter the country.

Paris was contractually bound to her business trip and didn't want to let down her brands and many Asian fans. She intended on fulfilling her contract and is trying hard to do the responsible thing, but this is beyond her control. She is very disappointed by tonight's events."
Paris must remain at an airport hotel until the immigration authorities decide whether she can stay in Japan. It's reported that she is staying at the $60 a night Airport Rest House, while sister Nicki is enjoying the hospitality at a 5 star hotel in Tokyo.
Oh well.
PARIS HILTON PLEADED GUILTY

She confessed to having 0.8 gram of cocaine in her purse the night of Aug. 27, then admitted she'd lied to police about the purse not being hers.
The Las Vegas Review-Journal has video of Hilton facing the judge and pleading guilty here.

The deal, which was announced Friday, reduced the drug charge from a felony to ...
... a misdemeanor. Had it stayed a felony, the Las Vegas Review-Journal said Friday, Hilton still would not have served jail time on a first offense.

LINDSAY LOHAN ORDERED BACK TO COURT!

The troubled Mean Girls star must now appear in court on Friday to learn whether she faces further jail time.
The judge can sentence Lindsay to up to 30 days behind bars for each positive test result.
The sometime actress took to Twitter to own up to the failed drug tests, referring to them as "mishaps".

Lindsay was released from rehab last month after serving almost two weeks in jail for violating probation in a DUI case.
PARIS AND BOYFRIEND ESCAPE THEIR LEGAL WOES ON A ROMANTIC HAWAII GATEWAY

And that's exactly what Paris Hilton and her boyfriend Cy Waits did on Monday - escaping their legal woes and jetting off for a romantic Hawaiian getaway.
The hotel heiress looked like she didn't have a care in the world as she frolicked in the surf and walked hand in hand on the beach with her recently unemployed boyfriend.

Poser pair: Paris Hilton and boyfriend Cy Waits have hardly been laying low during their Hawaiian getaway. The heiress was definitely standing out from the crowd as she strutted in a leopard print one piece in Maui on Sunday
29-year-old Hilton looked stunning in a floppy black sun hat and a cutaway leopard print one piece which showed off her toned and tanned body to perfection.
And in true Hilton style the socialite spent a good deal of time preening and posing for the cameras - striking a number of poses as if she was working on a photo shoot rather than relaxing on the beach.
If Hilton is worried about her recent Las Vegas bust for cocaine possession she certainly isn't letting on, with a smile permanently plastered on her face.

Cameras? What cameras? Hilton did her usual preening and posing on the beach for the benefit of the waiting paparazzi
Hilton has been tweeting up a storm since arriving on the paradise island. Saturday night she tweeted: 'Cooked a delicious lasagna dinner for my love and watched a movie. Now going to bed. Sweet dreams everyone. Xo Paris.'
Then on Sunday Hilton tweeted cheerfully throughout the day: 'I Love Scuba Diving - Look a rainbow for good luck,' she wrote. 'I felt like Ariel the little mermaid under the sea today. So much fun!...I love Maui.'
She didn't just frolic with her boyfriend though, Hilton also took in a little culture - hitting up some local art galleries: 'There are so many amazing art galleries in Maui,' she wrote. 'I love it!...so many unique pieces of work.'

Assume the stance: Hilton carried on her impromptu photo shoot whilst her boyfriend grovelled at her feet
On Monday the pair were spotted out shopping, with Hilton picking up a few pairs of earrings.
Hilton was dressed in a daring low cut dress that left little to the imagination, whilst Waits, 34, was clad in a black vest, baggy shorts and 'LOVE' baseball cap.
The holiday pictures are the first time the pair have been snapped together since Hilton was arrested for possessing cocaine when her car was stopped by police in Las Vegas late on August 27.
Waits was also arrested for DUI during the night out with his girlfriend.

Escape from it all: Both Hilton and Waits were arrested in Vegas on August 27. Hilton faces felony charges of cocaine possession and Waits has been booked on a DUI

Relaxing time: Hilton didn't look as if she has a care in the world as she relaxed against Waits

Beach babe: There's no doubting that 29-year-old Hilton is in amazing shape - from every angle
She has been charged with felony possession of a controlled substance, 0.8 grams of cocaine.
The socialite could face four years in prison if convicted.
She is denying the allegations, claiming the cocaine found, along with the purse, was not hers.
She said she had borrowed the purse from a friend.

Look of love: Hilton and Waits looked every bit the couple in love as they frolicked in the sea together

Light as a feather: Waits had no trouble lifting slimline Hilton up and out of the sea
Waits troubles go further than just his rrest for a DUI.
The former club promoter has also been fired from his job after less than a week as top managing partner of the Tryst Nightclub at Wynn and XS The Nightclub at Encore.
Hilton has also been banned from the two Wynn resorts on the Las Vegas Strip.
A spokesman said: 'Cy Waits has been separated from the company and is free to pursue other interests. Wynn has no further comment on this matter.'

Time of her life: Hilton is clearly enjoying every minute of her Hawaiian holiday

Cuddle time: Hilton and Waits couldn't keep their hands off of each other as they frolicked on the beach together
Meanwhile Hilton's legal woes continue to build with news that she may be forced to cough up $160,000 for breaching the terms of a film contract.
Last week, Florida District Judge Federico Moreno ruled that Hilton violated the terms of of her contract with Worldwide Entertainment when she failed to promote 2006 movie Pledge This! in Europe.
However, there was a small amount of good news for the embattled star.
While Worldwide Entertainment wanted Hilton's $1 million fee in compensation for her neglected duties, the court found 'that these instances of failure to promote were worth $160,000.'

Daring dress: Hilton's choice of dress left little to the imagination as she went shopping with Waits in Maui on Monday

Modern day Bonnie and Clyde: What happened in Vegas didn't stay in Vegas for Hilton and Waits, who returned home from their weekend trip with matching mug shots
