While she wasn't able to attend the People's Choice Awards due to her ongoing treatment,Demi Lovato made sure to voice her appreciation over winning two awards.
The Disney star took to Facebook to thank her many fans, writing, "I wish to thank all the friends and fans who voted for me for the People's Choice Awards and the Hot Hits Hottest Teen Stars of 2010."The 18-year-old continued, "I want to make sure my fans know how thankful I am for all their love, support and prayers during this difficult time. Thank you for standing beside me through it all."
As for her People's Choice honors, Lovato was selected as Favorite TV Guest Star (Grey's Anatomy) and Favorite Family TV Movie (Camp Rock 2: The Final Jam).
