Sports Illustrated model Irina Shayk is reportedly up in arms over her cover and spread for the December issue of GQ Spain.

According to a press release sent out by ARC NY Talent PR — which just so happens to be Marc Jacobs‘ ex Lorenzo Martone’s agency — Shayk posed for the European glossy in varying degrees of undress, but never naked.

The resulting 14-page spread features three images of Shayk completely nude — a look she claims was achieved post-production.

Supermodel Irina Shayk is the victim of “photoshop” and breach of contract over photo approval in GQ SPAIN.

Model Irina Shayk is a victim of photoshop and GQ’s Spain negligence in her recent cover, editorial and feature in the magazines December issue. The intimissimi ambassador dawns [sic] the cover in an Intimissimi lingerie body suit but unfortunately was photoshopped to appear naked in 3 images of the 14 page spread.

In every image photographed Ms. Shayk was dressed in lingerie in the artistic and tasteful shots done by famed photographer Vincent Peters but due to negligence on GQ’s part it seems as if Ms. Shayk “poised” [sic] for pictures entirely nude, which is false. A contract was signed on behalf of Ms. Shayk by Elite Model Management where she was to have approval of the interview, cover and images and was refused that right by the publication. Ms. Shayk was not nude and did not approve these images. Irina Shayk NEVER saw the images, cover or caption that was used in GQ Spain.

Futhermore, in an effort to sell more magazines SPAIN GQ printed “Want to see Animal Irina Shayk nude?” these kind of statements are not only not true but also defamatory towards Ms Shayk’s persona and image this lack of professionalism and neglect towards the future of Ms Shayk’s modeling career in an effort to sell magazines is not only shocking but unacceptable from such an established and prestige publication as GQ.

Celebrity have favoured the little black dress for red carpet events for years, but many have recently been steering away from the wardrobe staple for fear of it being regarded 'boring' or 'safe'.

But neither of those descriptions could have been applied to Cristiano Ronaldo's girlfriend Irina Shayk last night.

The 24-year-old Russian model ensured she was the centre of attention at the 5th Top Glamour Fashion Awards in Madrid, Spain, as she took to the red carpet in an incredibly low-cut black dress.

The sexy ensemble, which also featured a high split on the thigh, showed off Irina's curves to perfection, and she complemented the outfit with a pair of strappy black sandals and silver earrings.

Irina later met up with Real Madrid forward Ronaldo, who she has been dating since January, who gave the awards a miss as he is currently preparing for a game against Sporting Gijon in Spain on Sunday.

It's rare that Irina, who is a hugely successful star in the modelling industry, and world-famous sportsman Ronaldo are ever in the same country together.

But when they do meet up, it is often to be in New York, where Irina recently purchased a $1.96 million one-bedroom in New York's posh 166 Perry Street.

The 2,500-square-foot condo has wide plank-oak flooring, floor-to-ceiling windows and 12-foot ceilings.

It also has a master suite accessible through a 10-foot sliding-glass pocket door, as well as a master bath with radiant heating and a 'custom-designed sculpted Corian vanity, sink and shower'.

She said recently: 'It's been a wonderful time for me because I've been able to focus on a lot of other projects that I didn't have time for.

He’s a famous, wealthy soccer player with a confusing baby situation. She’s hot and possibly remained unaware about the confusing baby situation until after the press found out.But more importantly, while being hot, Irina also has conflicting issues with modesty. On the one hand, she’ll wear a teeny tiny skirt and while riding in Cristiano’s low car.

But Cristiano Ronaldo's girlfriend Irina Shayk proves exactly why she is well-known in her own right as she shows off her talents in the pages of this month's GQ magazine.

The 24-year-old model has posed for a series of stunning photographs in the magazine, and displays her enviable figure in a variety of revealing sheer outfits.

However, Irina, who has been dating Ronaldo since early this year, made a shock confession in the accompanying interview by admitting that despite her boyfriend being a world-famous sportsman, she's not actually a fan of football.

While Irina wouldn't talk about her relationship with the 25-year-old footballer, she laughed: 'I'm not a fan of soccer, for sure not.'

Her profile has risen somewhat since it emerged that boyfriend Ronaldo has become the father of a baby boy. The soccer star made the extraordinary announcement on his Facebook page last month, and confirmed he would bring up the child without the unnamed mother.

It is unclear how much Irina will be involved with the child, and she has not commented publicly on the affair.

Since starting in the modelling industry in 2005, Irina has appeared in Sports Illustrated magazine's swimsuit edition, as well as modelling for lingerie company Victoria's Secret.

However, Irina, who was born in Yemanzhelinsk, Russia, said it wasn't an easy decision for her to move to New York and follow her dream.

She said: 'We didn't even have fashion magazines there.'

In a separate interview recently, Irina described Yemanzhelinsk, which has a population of 30,000, as 'a very small town, almost a village.'

She added: 'We have many forests around it, so one can enjoy pure air and beautiful nature around.

'On the square in the middle of the town there is a statue of swan - the symbol of the town. One can visit the coal mines, and that’s it, nothing else to see!'

Irina also described how she was discovered, and what encouraged her to try to make it as a model.

She said: 'It was by pure chance. My mother saw an ad on a bus stop and I came to a local beauty school accompanying my older sister.

'I was noticed by a person from a local model agency and he proposed that I participate in a beauty contest Miss Chelyabinsk.

'I never thought of a career of as a model and it was a total surprise for me when I won the contest and became Miss Chelyabinsk. Then I started modelling in Paris.'
