The 30-year-old model and actress attended a Hollywood awards ceremony in a low cut gown which showed up what appeared to be stretch marks across her cleavage.Some suggested that her heavy fake tan had simply streaked.
But Miss Brook recently said: 'I'm not 20 any more. My boobs are real, and they even hang a little.'
And Dr Sarah Brewer, a GP and author of the Natural Health series of books, said stretch marks were a common problem.
She added: 'Many women have mild stretch marks on their breasts and hips. Those with large breasts that develop quickly can get them. They result from "tears" in the deeper layers of the skin.'
Her glamorous style was a far cry from the fresh faced look she sported earlier in the day in West Hollywood.
With hair scraped back casually behind a pair of sunglasses and make-up free, the model showed off her stunning natural beauty.
